1. Delivery Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Area: Currently, we deliver exclusively within Pakistan.
Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping Cost: We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
Order Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a message with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that shopping for baby clothes sometimes requires a change in size or style.
Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like socks, headbands, or innerwear cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Send an email to Support@mggarment.store with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as a store credit (Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash).
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at Support@mggarment.store. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
